Since 1988, Alex Jelepis has managed more than 530 office lease transactions and 112 commercial sales, specializing in office asset leasing, disposition, and investment.

Among his most notable transactions is the $141M sale of 200 Public Square (Cleveland), a Class A building that he also leased from 1996 to 2013, including key deals such as Huntington Bank (105,000 sq ft).

He is the founder of CRE Realty Advisors, LLC, a firm focused on creating value through leasing strategies and active participation as a Managing General Partner, partnering with companies and individuals that want to invest in commercial real estate without the responsibility of day-to-day management.
